Privacy policy — Akon AI

Akon AI is an internal tool of iReadCustomer Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ไอรีดคัสตอมเมอร์ จำกัด) that books the company's software and cloud bills for Thai VAT and corporate income tax. Only people the company has authorised can sign in.

What we access

When you sign in with Google you may grant read-only Gmail access (gmail.readonly). The app searches your mailbox only for messages from a fixed list of billing senders (for example DigitalOcean, Google Cloud, OpenAI, Anthropic). No other message is downloaded, read or stored.

What we store

• Your email address and an encrypted (AES-256-GCM) Google refresh token.
• From matching billing emails: the parsed amount, date and invoice number, the original email, and its attached invoice files — kept as accounting evidence the Revenue Department may request.

Data is stored in the company's own PostgreSQL database and is visible only to signed-in, authorised company staff and the company's accountant. It is never sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Akon AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices

You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the app then stops reading your mailbox. To have stored data removed, contact dev@ireadcustomer.com — note that tax evidence may have to be retained for the period Thai law requires.
