These terms are between iReadCustomer Co., Ltd. (บริษัท ไอรีดคัสตอมเมอร์ จำกัด), "we", and the business that signs up for Akon AI and the people who use it for that business, "you". By signing up or using Akon AI, on the web, in LINE or Discord, or through an AI agent or plugin, you accept them.
The service
Akon AI helps a Thai business keep its books: it reads documents into records, matches them to payments, works out VAT and withholding, prepares monthly tax worksheets and the accountant's pack, and has an AI Assistant that answers questions and proposes changes. A change to the books runs only when a member with the right role approves it.
Your responsibilities
- Akon AI is a tool, not an accountant, auditor or tax adviser. AI readings and suggestions can be wrong. You check what you approve, and the business remains responsible for its books, its tax filings and what it pays.
- Keep your sign-in safe, give members only the roles they need, and revoke agent sign-ins you no longer use (Settings › AI › Agent tokens).
- Send only documents the business may lawfully process, and do not use Akon AI to break the law, to attack or overload it, to read data that is not yours, or to resell it without our written agreement.
Your data
The business owns its books. You let us store and process them only to provide Akon AI to you, as the privacy policy describes. You can export your records while you use Akon AI; we keep what Thai law requires for its period.
Packages and payment
A business is on a package (Free, Starter or Business), each with a number of document reads a month, and may buy extra reads as credits. Prices and what each package includes are on the billing page. The business's owner subscribes, changes or cancels there; payment is by card through Stripe. A paid package renews each month until cancelled and stays active to the end of the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before they apply to you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Akon AI running and your data safe, but provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve or change features; we will not remove your access to your own records without notice.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or tax, penalties or surcharges arising from records you approved, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the business paid us in the three months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai law.
Ending
You may stop using Akon AI and cancel a paid package at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after notice where we can give it.
Law and contact
